The UNBC Timberwolves fell short of their goal to make the CIS Canada West Conference men's soccer playoffs but did receive at least one individual honour this week.
Defender Gordon Hall was picked as an all-star. Hall, who made the second team, becomes the first UNBC male soccer player ever picked for the Canada West team.
Hall, a fierce competitor in his third season with UNBC, played 12 games and missed four due to suspensions. He led the T-wolves with four yellow cards and two red cards. He was held off the scoreboard this season, credited with five shots, three of which found the target.
Hall, a native of Chilliwack, joined the T-wolves in 2014.
