If you've ever wanted to try synchronized swimming, this is the right weekend.
This Saturday and Sunday at the Four Seasons Leisure Pool, the Prince George Lillies Synchronized Swimming Club will conduct an introductory summer camp to teach some of the basics of the sport, which combines elements of swimming, diving, dance and gymnastics.
Coaches from Synchro BC will be on hand for camp sessions Saturday from 2-5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Cost is $30 for each participant. All are required to bring a swimsuit, towel, snack and nose clips, which can be purchased at the pool.
