The Spruce Kings have released their schedule for training camp, which starts Friday at the Coliseum. Players will register between 1 and 2 p.m., Friday, then will be divided into two teams -- White and Blue -- for the first practices at 3 p.m. (White) and 4:30 p.m. (Blue), followed by an intra-squad game at 8 p.m.

The two groups practice again on Saturday morning at 10 (Blue) and 11:45 (White) and then will be subjected to fitness testing by Kris Russell of Factory Hockey Player Development. An intra-squad game is scheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday and again Sunday at 10 a.m. Practice sessions are open to the public and admission is free to all intra-squad games.

On Sunday night at 6, the Merritt Centennials will be in town to play the Kings in a pre-season at the Coliseum. Admission is $5 per person.
