The Prince George Spruce Kings came from behind against the Alberni Valley Bulldogs and went on to win 5-2 Wednesday night at Kopar Memorial Arena.

The Spruce Kings improve their record to 11-5-1-1 while the Bulldogs see their record fall to 7-9-1-1.

Aidan Feddema earned his first BCHL win between the pipes for Prince George. While the shots were few, the scoring opportunities were plenty for the Bulldogs as Feddema turned away 16 of the 18 shots he faced.

In the first period, Prince George’s Scott Cousins opened the scoring with his first since joining the BCHL from the Western Hockey League. Luca Primerano, Jack Stockfish, John Herrington and Austin Fraser also scored for the Spruce Kings.

Prince George will now hit the road to take on the Trail Smoke Eaters on Friday and the Penticton Vees on Saturday.
