There were mixed results when members of the Spruce Capital Boxing Club went to Revelstoke for a fight card last Saturday.
Marcus Hume won a unanimous decision over the hometown boxer Conner Null, while Hank Lunkin defeated Kamloops pugilist Joe Jensen, also in a unanimous decision. Tim Galeos had an exhibition bout with Kamloops heavyweight Tyson Taylor and Joel Campbell lost a close decision to Joe Copasquier of North Burnaby in the 100-pound class.
George Davies was also supposed to make the trip to Revelstoke but he suffered a shoulder injury during training last week.
