Nothing went right for the B.C. Lenny's Selects during their Wednesday morning game at the U21 Men's Canadian Fastpitch Championship.

On the field in Tavistock, Ont., the Selects suffered an 11-0 drubbing at the hands of the Irma Junior Tigers. The Alberta-based Tigers scored twice in each of the first two innings, added another run in the third and pushed six men across home plate in the fourth. The game ended by way of the mercy rule after five innings.

The Tigers rapped out nine hits while the Selects managed just one - a triple by Prince George's Tyson Ghostkeeper. Defensively, the Selects committed three errors.

The loss was the second in as many outings for the B.C. representatives. On Tuesday, they dropped their tournament opener 9-2 to the host Tavistock Junior Athletics.

The Selects faced Nova Scotia on Wednesday night.

Today, the B.C. boys - including Prince George products Theo Potskin, Nicholas Potskin and Lane Desjarlais - will play the PEI Ravens and Ontario 2 (Stratford).

The tournament will wrap up on Sunday.
