Madylen Brown and Donovan Evans were pool powerhouses.
Brown and Evans, members of the Prince George Pisces swim club, each established eight new personal-best times during a weekend meet in Quesnel. Anthony Fuller and Brooklyn Fochler of the Pisces also stroked to some outstanding results, with seven and six personal-bests respectively.
In the aggregate standings, five Pisces athletes - Wesley Arrowsmith (Division 1 boys), Eva Gobbi (Division 2 girls), Matthew Shand (Division 4 boys), Benjamin Shand (Division 5 boys) and Michael Jurjevich (Division 6 boys) - were awarded gold medals. Silvers went to Brooklyn Fochler (Division 1 girls), Evans (Division 3 boys) and Jonah Gilbert (Division 5 boys). Pisces swimmers who came home with aggregate bronze were Benjamin Cook (Division 2 boys), Kyle Hicks (Division 3 boys), Kyra Arrowsmith (Division 4 girls), Samuel Cook (Division 4 boys), Brett Gandy (Division 5 boys) and Ariel Gilbert (Division 6 girls).
At the five-team event, the Pisces placed second to Quesnel.
