The Prince George Pisces Swim Club raced to medals and personal bests in the pool at their first summer meet of the season last weekend at the Aquatic Centre.
Overall, 38 youth athletes from the Pisces, one brave parent and three of club's coaches competed at the meet.
Results are as follows.
Noah St. Rose grabbed gold in Div. 1 boys aggregate and Wesley Arrowsmith followed with silver.
Eva Gobbi raced to gold in Div. 2 girls aggregate while Benjamin Cook earned bronze in Div. 2 boys.
The Pisces swept the podium in the Div. 3 boys aggregate. Kyle Hicks won gold, Jacob Beaman silver and Donovan Evans followed with bronze.
Kyra Arrowsmith won bronze in Div. 4 girls aggregate, while Matthew Shand picked up gold in Div. 4 boys.
Ben Shand won gold in Div. 5 boys while Jonah Gilbert followed with the bronze medal.
Pisces coach Ariel Gilbert churned to the silver medal in Div. 6 girls, while coach Emily Fuller followed in third place with the bronze.
Michael Jurjevich won gold in Div. 6 boys and coach Jessica Ballantyne won gold in Div. 7 girls.
David Dunn grabbed gold in Div. 8 boys and Dave Fuller earned bronze.
In the development category (age eight and under), Noah St. Rose (Div. 1) set five personal bests. Owen Shaw-Bowers, Mattea Thomson, Jakob Hellyer and Wesley Arrowsmith all achieved four personal bests in the same division.
Nathan Menounos earned two PBs.
In the juniors, Sophia Fuller led the way with eight personal bests in Div. 2, followed by Stephanie Horning with seven, Hailey Thomson and Benjamin Cook each with five personal bests.
Brooklyn Fochler earned seven personal bests in Div. 1.
In the intermediate category, Donovan Evans (Div. 3) and Molly Fandrey (Div. 5) each achieved 10 personal bests.
Eva Gobbi (Div. 2), Jacob Beaman (Div. 3), Kyle Hicks (Div. 3), Kyra Arrowsmith (Div. 4), Jaya Jawanda (Div. 3) all earned eight personal bests.
Taryn Jawanda (Div. 3), Samantha Fuller (Div. 4) and Justine Guillet (Div. 4) each earned six personal bests.
Madylen Brown (Div. 3) achieved four personal bests.
In the seniors, David Dunn (Div. 8) achieved 11 personal bests.
Evan Guillet (Div. 5) and Trinity Ireland (Div. 4) raced to nine personal bests.
Matthew Shand (Div. 4) achieved seven personal bests, while Morgan Aucoin (Div. 5) earned six personal bests.
Brett Gandy (Div. 5) and Noah Brown (Div. 4) each set five personal bests.
Libby Bell, (Div. 5), Michael Jurjevich (Div. 6) and Jonah Gilbert (Div. 5), all earned three personal bests.
Benjamin Shand (Div. 5) and Samuel Cook (Div. 4) both set two personal bests, while
Isabel Fuller (Div. 4) achieved one personal best.
