The PGSS Athletics Wall of Fame has 11 names on it, and room for more.
The local high school is putting out a call for the nomination of new wall of fame members. Nominees must have played for a PGSS team, have been graduated for a minimum of two years and have made a positive contribution in the sports community or reached a higher level in their sport.
Nomination forms are available on the PGSS website (www.pgss.sd57.bc.ca) and should be submitted to Joe Flavel. The nomination deadline is April 1.
Current members of the PGSS Athletics Wall of Fame are Ken Larsen, Ron Thorsen, Randy Wagner, Matt Pearce, Brian Campbell, Ryan Kineshanko, Loralyn Murdoch, Jennifer Seemann, Nicole Chappell, Soili Smith and Mike Sookochoff.
