The Northern Capitals brought their brand of B.C. Northern Interior hospitality Thursday to the plains of Saskatchewan.

The Capitals, known last year as the Northern Cougars when they were crowned B.C. provincial championship, finished fourth at the Notre Dame tournament in 2014.
The Caps play in the B.C. Female Midget Triple-A Hockey League and are currently tied for first place with the Greater Vancouver Comets, each with 13-2-2 records.
