The Integris Credit Union Mixed Bonspiel will be on the ice today and Sunday at the Prince George Golf and Curling Club.
The bonspiel - a round-robin event - features 16 teams, up from eight last year. Saturday's draws are scheduled for 9 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. On Sunday, play will resume at 9 a.m. The final draw is slated for 1:30 p.m.
Teams must have at least one curler of the opposite gender.
Frank LaBounty, who has made a name for himself on the provincial and national wheelchair curling scene, is one of the skips.
