Many local gymnasts attended the Terrace Peaks Invitational, while others were in action at the Surrey Invitational.

In Terrace, Annie Olsen posted the top local result. In the Junior Olympic Level 4 category, she finished first in the all-around standings thanks to excellent performances on the uneven bars (first), balance beam (first), vault (second) and floor routine (second).

Other locals who posted top-three all-around finishes were: Sophia Schwab (second in JO 4, highlighted by gold on the floor routine); Marissa Hawkes, third in JO 4, with a second-place on balance beam); and Bella Blair (third in JO 3 2009, including a second-place finish on beam). In individual-event results, Adison Dyck placed first in JO 3 2008 floor routine, Sydney Davis was second on balance beam in the same category and Kelsey Willier took first place on JO 4 vault. Meanwhile, Blair, Dyck and Davis combined to finish second in the JO 3 team competition.

Interclub athletes (non-competitive) who participated in Terrace were Oliver Encinas, Logan Timmins, Noah Lucas, Isaiah Cartwright, Benjamin Hedges, Wasim Aka and Connor Achtemichuk.

In Surrey, Alia Wilson (Jo 10) and Dallyn Long (JO 7) both posted third all-around finishes. Wilson had the winning beam routine and was third on bars, while Long placed third on beam and vault.

In the men's side, Lane Oke was a star of the show with first-place showings in all the individual disciplines (floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar) and a first all-around result. Clubmate James Clendenning ended up 21st overall (21st on floor, 20th on pommel horse, 19th on rings, 12th on vault, 18th on parallel bars and 22nd on high bar).
