A Prince George mixed bowling team rolled to fourth place at the B.C. 5 Pin Bowlers Association provincial open championships in Chilliwack on the weekend.
The Zone 8 mixed team is comprised of Jason Kennedy, Jim Montgomery, Peter Inyallie, Mary Anne Schram and Lee Sheppard.
The Zone 8 ladies team placed fifth overall and features Morgan Burdock (Fort St. John), Coralee Szilagyi (Fort St. John) and Stacey Taylor of Quesnel, as well as Prince George players Candice Hansen, Leona Sampson and Salina Kennedy.
The men's team of Brent Morrison (Quesnel), Iain MacRitchie (Prince George), Kyle Parker (Prince George), Chito Tecson (Prince George), Kevin McAlpine (Williams Lake) and Jeff Hickey (Prince George) also finished fifth.
Individually, Parker won the bronze medal in men's singles, followed by MacRitchie in fourth place.
