The final qualifiers for the 2016 Scotties B.C. women's curling championship have been determined.
That means Prince George skip Patti Knezevic knows who she's up against at the eight-team tournament in Coquitlam from Jan. 19-24.
Knezevic and her crew of third Kristen Pilote (nee Fewster), second Jen Rusnell and lead Rhonda Camozzi were the first to make the grade. As defending champions they received an automatic berth.
The three most recent additions to the Scotties lineup include Diane Gushulak of New Westminster, Sarah Wark of Victoria, and Amanda Russett of Kamloops, the top-three finishers at last weekend's qualifying event in Maple Ridge.
They join Amy Gibson of New Westminster, Karla Thompson of Kamloops and Kesa Van Osch of Nanaimo who qualified at the first Scotties playdowns in Kelowna, Nov. 27-29.
Six-time B.C. champion Kelly Scott of Kelowna also qualified as the current points leaders according to the Canadian Team Ranking System.
The semifinal of the Scotties tournament will be broadcast live on Sportsnet at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 24, followed by the final at 4 p.m., live on Sportsnet One.
