Another Prince George Golf and Curling Club rink has qualified for provincials.
This time it's a juvenile boys team skipped by Colton Vriesendorp.
Vriesendorp (from Mackenzie) and his Prince George team of third James Brown, second Alasdair Wilson and lead Tyler Slaney won the Curl B.C. juvenile men's Zone 8 Cariboo playdown in Williams Lake on the weekend.
The rink now advances to the B.C. juvenile men's championship in Lake Cowichan, March 5-8.
The team, in its first year together, is coached by Bill Fisher and had to travel to Quesnel most weekends just to get ice time in the first half of the season.
