It took 65 minutes in a 90-minute game for the Saskatchewan Huskies to figure out how to score on the UNBC Timberwolves.

Jacob Powell potted a rebound at the 65:29 mark to send the visiting Huskies (1-3-1) on their way to their first win of the CIS Canada West men's soccer season, a 3-0 triumph over the Timberwolves (1-6-0).

Sam Whitney followed up with a well-placed header to increase the lead to 2-0, 81 minutes in, and Mohamed Omar capped the scoring at the 90-minute mark.

Greg Buckley made five saves to post the shutout for Saskatchewan. UNBC goalie Mitch MacFarlane blocked five of the eight shots the Huskies unleashed.
