Hart Judo Academy athletes head to Saskatchewan for national sessions

The two members of Prince George's Hart Judo Academy are currently in Outlook, Sask., for a national summer camp that runs until Saturday. Top judokas from seven provinces are in attendance, and so is P.G.'s Bruce Kamstra.

Kamstra, head instructor at the HJA and a 1998 national champion, is Judo B.C.'s head coach. Other coaches at the Outlook gathering are 1992 and 1996 Olympian Ewan Beaton from Saskatchewan, former Canadian champion Scott Tanner of Nova Scotia, former French national champion Fatira Merah and former Chilean national champ Ralph Ibanez.
