Gymnasts will put their routines to the test at the Prince George Invitational and Zone 8 championships this weekend.
The meet, hosted by the Prince George Gymnastics Club at its home gym at Exhibition Park, begins today at 9:30 a.m. and continues until 7 p.m. Today, Junior Olympic level 1 and 2 athletes will be front and centre between 9:30 a.m. and noon, and Junior Olympic level 3, 4 and 5 gymnasts follow from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Junior Olympic level 7, 8 and 9 athletes take over between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The meet continues Sunday with Junior Olympic level 6 athletes at 9 a.m.
