Representatives of the Prince George Gymnastics Club were handed three awards at a Gymnastics B.C. banquet Saturday in Burnaby.
The PGGC was recognized twice for the job it did in hosting the 2013 B.C. championships, April 5-7 at the Northern Sport Centre. For that work, the club received a Hosting Recognition Award and the Gymnastics Volunteer Team of the Year Award.
Individually, Prince George's Carol Garcia was given a service award for her contributions as a judge. Garcia was one of 10 people who received a five-year pin.
