The UBC Thunderbirds football team fell to 0-3 in Canada West action this season with a 39-34 loss Saturday to the CIS ninth-ranked Saskatchewan Huskies.
But in his first season as the T-birds starting running back Prince George's Brandon Deschamps continued to rack up yardage. Against the Huskies the Kelly Road secondary graduate had 122 yards rushing.
In three games this season Deschamps has 272 yards rushing, 11 yards receiving for 286 all-purpose yards.
