The Prince George Cougars wrapped up their five-game road trip with a 3-2 loss Friday to the Vancouver Giants.

Terik Parascak and Carlin Dezainde scored for the Cougars.

It was Parascak’s 30th goal of the season, tying Brett Connolly and Koehn Ziemmer for the franchise record of most goals scored in a single season by a Cougar rookie.

Team captain Hudson Thornton became the team's all-time assist leader among Cougar defensemen with his helper on Dezainde’s goal, breaking the record held by Dan Hamhuis.
