Robert Bodner has a chance to win his way to the Memorial Cup.
On BMO Ultimate CHL Fan Appreciation Night, held during the Prince George Cougars' Saturday home game against the Calgary Hitmen, Bodner was crowned ultimate Cougars fan when he answered the highest number of trivia questions about the local Western Hockey League team. As winner of the three-person contest, Bodner will have his name placed in a WHL grand prize draw for a trip for two to the 2014 Memorial Cup, May 23-25 in London, Ont.
The Memorial Cup is the Canadian Hockey League's championship tournament. It brings together a host team and league champions from the WHL, Ontario Hockey League and Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
Fan appreciation nights are being held in 42 CHL cities. Winners will be chosen from the WHL, OHL and QMJHL.
