The demolition derby carnage continues tonight at PGARA Speedway.
The $10,000 Chieftain Auto Parts Hit-to-Pass resumes tonight at 6 p.m. and fans will be treated to a veritable feast of twisted metal and burning rubber as drivers do what they have to win the lion's share of the loot.
No vehicle will emerge unscathed because drivers are required to make solid contact with at least one other vehicle for every lap they turn on the three-eighths-mile oval at the Playground of Power.
With a record prize purse available as the incentive, drivers will have fresh vehicles available to be in good shape to last the entire three-day event, which started Friday night and resumes Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
