Robin Hood has nothing on these guys and gals.
The top archers this side of the Rocky Mountains will be in Prince George this weekend for the B.C. outdoor championships. The tournament is being hosted by the Silvertip Archers and will be held at the club's range on Highway 16 east, just minutes from downtown.
Friday has been set aside as a practice day. The competition itself will run Saturday and Sunday. The format for Saturday is FITA target shooting. On Sunday, archers will take aim along a field course.
Divisions include adult, junior, cadet, cub, pre-cub and peewee.
Spectators are encouraged to attend.
