Tyler Halliday scored four times and Drew Doig contributed 11 assists and a goal in an 18-9 win over the Shooters Pub Devils, which evened the best-of-five Prince George Senior Lacrosse Association semifinal series at a game apiece.

Dryden Barlow, with three goals and two assists, and Andre Baldo, with a pair of goals, led the Devils' attack.

The Devils beat the Bandits 14-13 in the first game of the series Tuesday. Game 3 is set for Wednesday at the Coliseum.

In the other semifinal, the College Heights Pub Assault defeated the Quesnel Crossfire 17-9 Wednesday night in Quesnel to take a 2-0 series lead. John Makowsky connected for seven goals and five assists while Dave Jenkins also spiced the attack with four goals and seven assists.

The Assault won Game 1 Monday night, 14-3, and can wrap up the series Tuesday night at the Coliseum.

n The league final is scheduled as a best-of-seven series but could be shortened to a best-of-five affair if each of the semifinal series is extended to five games. With Kin 1 under construction and the ice at going back in at the Coliseum July 23, PGSLA head referee Terry Foulds said playoffs must be complete by July 22.
