UNBC basketball fans have the chance to see the past and the future, all in one night.
Tonight at the Northern Sport Centre, the UNBC Timberwolves basketball program will hold its annual alumni games. The women's teams will be on the floor at 5 p.m. and the men will tip off at 7 p.m.
"This year we have a large number of men's alumni coming in from out of town so it promises to be very entertaining," said UNBC athletics director Loralyn Murdoch.
The current UNBC clubs will start their Canada West regular seasons on Nov. 4 in Winnipeg against the Wesmen. Home-openers are Nov. 11, with the University of Alberta Pandas and Golden Bears providing the opposition.
