Youth stabbed on school grounds

Prince George RCMP are looking for two adult males after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed with a knife Thursday afternoon at D.P. Todd secondary school.

After the stabbing, at about 1 p.m. Wednesday, the two suspects continued to assault the youth on the school grounds. He was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries and was later released. A 16-year female friend of the victim, who tried to intervene in the altercation, was also physically assaulted and received minor injuries.

The suspects, aged 18 and 19, are not students at D.P. Todd. They are known by the victims and were identified to police, who have had limited contact with the two men.
