Prince George RCMP need the public's help in identifying four teenage males who robbed a 17-year-old youth of his ipod and cell phone while threatening him with small knives.
The victim advised police he was walking in the vicinity of Chartwell and Westgate avenues at about 2 a.m. Saturday June 5 when the youths drove up beside him in a small silver Toyota and asked for money.
When the victim failed to produce any money, the four got out of the car, surrounded him, produced small knives and demanded he hand over his ipod and cell phone which he did. The suspects got back in their car and drove off.
The suspects are described as teenagers wearing bandanas and hoodies. Anyone who may have witnessed the robbery or has any information regarding it is asked to contact RCMP at 250-561-3300 or CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
