A city crew will install a valve Saturday on a watermain in Southridge, which sprang a leak earlier this month.
The work is scheduled to last from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and an estimated 450 homes will be affects.
Some will experience low water pressure and others, particularly at higher elevations such as Vista Ridge, will experience a complete water stoppage, the city said.
Saturday was chosen to avoid reducing service to a school in the area.
