Anna Marie Thibodeau, 35, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, Prince George RCMP said, following a raid Wednesday evening on a home in the VLA.
Charges against three others are pending, police also said, after a search warrant was executed on a 2600 block Norwood St. home just after 5 p.m.
A search of the residence found 8.5 grams of methamphetamine, enough to yield 85 doses on the street, police said.
As well, eight people were located inside the home including a 27 year old male currently on the Prince George RCMP's prolific offender list and a 13 year old boy that resides in the residence. Also located were three men aged 31, 31 and 37, and three women, aged 33, 35 and 29.
"The Prince George will continue to target drug trafficking residences within our community" said Prince George RCMP Insp. Brad Anderson. "We will work with property owners and community partners to systematically shut down every one of these properties."
