Winds possibly strong enough to cause power outages will strike Monday afternoon, Environment Canada said in a weather warning.
To come from the south and southwest, a Pacific low intensifies as it moves across northern B.C.and produce gusts as high as 70 to 80 km/h.
"At these wind speeds, power outages become possible," Environment Canada said. "Wind warnings have been issue for the northeast corner of the province."
