Foodie Fridays

  • What: Food trucks and entertainment at Canada Games Plaza in downtown Prince George
  • When: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Where: Canada Games Plaza

Bad Art Paint Night with Little Blue Farm

  • What:  This will be a super fun guided paint night with Rebecca from Little Blue Farm!
  • When: 6 p.m. to 9  p.m.
  • Where: The Makerie at 1135 5th Avenue

Prince George Kennel Club is holding a 3-day Dog Show 

  • What:  Prince George Kennel Club will be hosting a free three-day dog show
  • When: July 21-23 (Friday to Sunday) 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Where: Prince George Agriplex 4199 – 18th Avenue (at Exhibition Park, next to the CN Centre)

Downtown Summerfest

  • What: The ultimate summer celebration where visitors will have the chance to enjoy music, art, shopping and food.
  • When: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Where: Veterans Plaza and City Hall

The Great Benjamins Circus

  • What: A traditional circus that offers amazing acts of international quality while being true to the traditional circus roots. Tickets on sale at ticketsnorth.ca
  • When: 6:30 p.m.
  • Where: CN Centre

Build and Paint Hobby Days

  • What: Get together with others to build and paint your minis, share tips and tricks, and hang out with other mini gamers!
  • When: 1 p.m.
  • Where: 3 Golbin Games (356 George St.)

Scavenger Hunt Weekend at Huble Homstead

  • What: This self-guided activity day will have you exploring the homestead as you work together with your family or friends to find all the items on a scavenger hunt list, as well as complete all the activities listed! 
  • When: 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
  • Where: Huble Homestead Historic Stie

Prince George Enduro Race

  • What: All skills and ages are welcome with a $50 Cost to register
  • When: All Day
  • Where: 8141 Otway Road

Community Rock Painting Day

  • What: A free for all ages activity at the hatchery to appreciate nature
  • When: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Where: 1384 River Road

Concert in the Park by the BC Old Time Fiddlers

  • What: JJ Guy & Gordon Stobbe are award-winning, accomplished Canadian fiddlers playing original tunes in twin fiddle style. Admission by donation.
  • When: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Where: 17th Avenue, Lheildi T’enneh Memorial Park

Sunday

July Queer Brunch

  • What: Brunch is a mix and mingle event that provides a welcoming space to 2SLGBTQIA+ people and allies. 
  • When: 11 a.m.
  • Where: Northern Lights Estate Winery

Build a Bouquet with Floras Atelier

  • What: Tasha from Floras Atelier flower shop is going to teach us how to build a gorgeous bouquet! This is a ticketed event.
  • When: 7 to 9 p.m.
  • Where: Trench Brewing and Distilling

Eastline Market/Junk-In-The-Trunk Sale

  • What: Eastline market, concession and Junk in the trunk sale. Kid and dog friendly.
  • When: 10 a.m.
  • Where: Eastline Market in Willow River.

Backyard Composting 101 with REAPs

  • What: Recycling food and other organic waste into compost provides a range of environmental benefits, including improving soil health, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, recycling nutrients, and mitigating the impact of droughts. Come learn how easy it is to do at home.
  • When: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Where: 333 Becott Place

Hike Mount Murray with the Caledonia Ramblers

  • What: The Caledonia Ramblers will be leading a strenuous hike up the Mount Murray (Pine Pass) trail, approximately 215 km north of Prince George on Hwy. 97. 
  • When: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Where: Please meet 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of 7 a.m. at the Prince George City Hall parking lot. The carpool fee is $25.
