A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a parolee after he failed to return to a halfway home in Prince George on Tuesday.
Jermaine Horatio Oates, 28, is described as First Nations, six-foot-two, weighing 215 pounds with short black hair, brown eyes and with "New World Order" tattooed on both upper arms and "MOB" tattooed across his neck.
Anyone who comes across a person resembling Oates is asked to call 911 immediately.
Oates is considered violent and should not be confronted, police said.
