Conditions are in place for dangerous thunderstorms that may be capable of producing damaging wind gusts, damaging hail and heavy rain, Environment Canada said in an alert issued late Monday morning.
The agency is advising residents to take cover indoors if the threatening weather shows up to avoid being struck by lightning.
