The Prince George RCMP is looking for three prolific offenders believed to be armed and dangerous in the community.

Arrest warrants were issued Thursday for two men accused of recent criminal offences that have taken place in the city. In addition, a third man wanted out of Terrace is also believed to be in the area and may be associated to these men.

Prince George residents Sameer Madhok, 40, and Mark Anthony Stewart, 30, (formerly of Vanderhoof and Regina, Sask.) are both wanted for: theft of a motor vehicle; theft over $5,000; possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000; and possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace.

Both men are believed to be associated to 27-year-old Eric Maurice Cardinal, wanted by the Terrace RCMP for assault, theft under $5,000 and two counts of breach of undertaking.

"The arrest of these three prolific offenders is a priority for the Prince George detachment," said Insp. Brad Anderson. "We will use every resource available to seek them out and bring them to court."

The stolen vehicle which has not yet been located is described as a Hyundai XG350 - a white 2005 four-door sedan with B.C. licence plate 101 WWK.

Prince George RCMP believe these men likely have access to firearms and are threats to the community. They should not be approached and police should be called immediately.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Sameer Madhok, Mark Anthony Stewart, Eric Maurice Cardinal or the stolen Hyundai XG350 is asked to contact the Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300 or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, online at www.pgcrimestoppers.bc.ca or Text-A-Tip to CRIMES (274637) using keyword "pgtips."
