The Walk for Lupus takes place at the Northern Sports Centre at the University of Northern B.C. today at 3 p.m.
Lupus compromises the immune system and thus opens the door for many Lupus sufferers to contract even more life-threatening diseases.
"The disease of a thousand faces," as Lupus is known, affects people in many different ways.
