Richmond drivers are making news headlines again this week for all the wrong reasons.
A video, posted on the Chinese social media platform WeChat on Dec. 17, showed a silver vehicle resting on top of a concrete median barrier separating lanes of traffic on a busy road in Richmond.
According to a driver, who shot the video, the accident took place on the way to YVR.
Ironically, it seems that the person who took the video also broke the law by using her/his phone while driving.
The 15-second video clip went viral on WeChat. One person commented on the video: “Is it still safe to drive in Richmond?”
