A driver is lucky to have walked away after surviving a snowplow accident east of Prince George.

On Nov. 27 Dave Landine was driving slowly through terrible road conditions on Highway 16 close to McBride near the Goat River chain off area.

That’s when a snowplow in the other lane lost control and crossed the center line and crashed into Landine’s vehicle.

The whole incident was captured on a dashcam video.

Landine says he walked away with bruises, a sore body and broke a few teeth.

He added that he is “very, very lucky”  to be alive.
