A Via Rail passenger train en route to Prince Rupert from Prince George got stuck outside of Terrace Monday.
The train was brought back to Terrace by two freight locomotives after it was stopped by heavy snow conditions.
Busing was not an option and passengers had to remain on the train because the area the train was stopped was difficult to reach by road.
