Western Canadian veterinary behaviourist Dr. Patricia Pryor offers advice on how to fix bad dog and cat behaviour at the Coast Inn Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

Dr. Pryor, DVM, is the local B.C. SPCA general manager who has 25 years of experience with veterinary medicine, animal science, welfare and behaviour.

Pryor will offer words of wisdom about cats missing the litter box, scratching the couch, biting people and other pets, and urine marking, while also addressing issues with dogs like separation anxiety, chewing furniture legs, aggression and peeing on Aunt Sarah.

Pryor graduated magna cum laude from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon and has won numerous awards of achievement in pathology and both small and large animal medicine. She also completed an internship and residency in large animal medicine and a residency in veterinary behaviour.

The seminar takes place in the McGregor Room at the Coast Inn of the North. Tickets are $15 at the door.
