Vehicle of missing person recovered

Information from the public led to the recovery of a vehicle belonging to a missing man on Aug. 3. Police located a vehicle belonging to Jerry Keith Krietz, who was reported missing from Fraser Lake on July 9.

Information from the public led to the recovery of a vehicle belonging to a missing man on Aug. 3.
Police located a vehicle belonging to Jerry Keith Krietz, who was reported missing from Fraser Lake on July 9.
Krietz, 42, was seen leaving Fraser Lake in his 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier.
He was seen in the morning leaving the town located about 150 kilometres west of Prince George and last seen leaving the Downtown Motel in Prince George on Aug. 8.
Police say he may have continued on to the Lower Mainland but he has not been heard from since.
After a ground and air search, Krietz has not been located and is still missing. He is described as Caucasian, 5’10” and weighing 185 lbs. He has brown eyes and dark brown hair that is usually shaved.
