Faculty at the University of Northern British Columbia remain on the picket lines.
In a statement posted this afternoon, UNBC administration said a new proposal they tabled yesterday morning has since been rejected by the Faculty Association but added it remains open until Saturday afternoon.
"The offer still includes a superior compensation model featuring competitive wages. Importantly, the offer now includes the removal of non-monetary issues deemed as key rights by the FA," administration said.
The posting also provides details on the offer.
UNBC Faculty Association president Stephen Rader could not be reached for comment late Friday afternoon.
