It's a continuing theme this year: UNBC Timberwolves adding themselves to the record books.

This time, Greek UNBC women's basketball forward Vasiliki Louka has joined an elite Canada West group in the double-doubles record book.

Louka is now one of four players in the history of Canada West to record 40 double-doubles in their careers. She was added into the record books after the Timberwolves' last game against the University of the Fraser Valley on Nov. 24.

She's also reached the milestone in the fewest number of games played.

The three other players Louka joins are Saskatchewan's Sarah Crooks, who played from 2002-07 (a total of 102 games); UFV's Sarah Wierks, who played from 2010-15 (a total of 103 games); and Saskatchewan's Dalyce Emmerson, who played from 2011-16 (a total of 101 games).

Louka has played for UNBC from 2014 until next year (2019) and has played a total of 86 games to date.
