New and returning students at UNBC have another reason to celebrate this holiday season.
An initiative called 350x$350 for UNBC's 35th anniversary will be giving 350 students $350 dollars in tuition credits.
All students including undergraduates who are registered successfully in at least six credits by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 12 will be entered into a draw for one of these tuition credits.
In an announcement, UNBC states that the goal is to help ease financial pressures and make the upcoming semester more accessible and less stressful.
“This initiative is one way we are reaffirming our commitment to students as the heart of our University,” said UNBC president Geoff Payne. “We want to ensure students feel supported and inspired as they continue their educational journeys. I strongly encourage all eligible students to take advantage of this opportunity as we look forward to another exciting semester at UNBC.”
