They say numbers aren't a true indicator of a team's performance, but it could prove true for both UNBC basketball programs this weekend (Nov. 22 and 23) in Kamloops.
The Thompson Rivers' men's squad sits first in Canada West standings while the Wolfpack women are fifth.
In comparison, UNBC women currently are 12th while the men are ninth.
The lady WolfPack's four wins have come against the Trinity Western Spartans (two), MacEwan and UBC-Okanagan and currently hold a 4-2 record.
The men sport a 5-1 record having won twice also against Trinity Western and MacEwan, and once over UBC-Okanagan.
UNBC, on the other hand, hasn't had as much success.
The lady Timberwolves are under-500 with a 2-4 record and the men are at 500 at 3-3.
