Police continue to investigate a fatal collision Thursday on Highway 97 north of Quesnel near Dunkley Lumber.
On Oct. 12 at approximately 3:51 a.m., Quesnel RCMP responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision involving a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck on Highway 97 south of Hixon.
Both vehicles had caught fire. The driver of the tractor-trailer was taken to the hospital with minor injuries but the driver of the pickup truck was found deceased.
