Truck with overturned excavator slows traffic at top of First Avenue Friday morning

Before 8 a.m. Friday traffic slowed to navigate around a truck that lost the excavator off its trailer on First Avenue close to Carney St. Police and Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement officers were on scene.
