An early-morning break-in at an electronics store is likely connected to the theft of a truck, Prince George RCMP say.

On Thursday morning the storefront of Visions Electronics was clean save for a broken door leaning against its building.

RCMP learned of the truck's theft at around 4 a.m. Thursday morning from the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 1300 block of Foothills.

Fifteen minutes later, a commercial alarm went off at a store on Southridge Avenue.

Its front door had been smashed through by a vehicle, but when police arrived both the suspects and vehicle were gone.

"Evidence at the scene has led investigators to believe that the stolen truck was used in this break-in," the release said.

Police are asking for the public's help finding the suspects, described as Caucasian males, one with a slim build and one who is heavier set. Both were wearing zip-up hoodies and carrying back packs.
