Tourism Prince George has launched a new logo and branding campaign to promote the city to visitors. The logo features a bull bugling against a stylized city background.

Tourism Prince George has launched a new logo and branding campaign to promote the city to visitors.

The logo features a bull bugling against a stylized city background.

"The new brand and image will assist to position Prince George in key markets and help generate additional economic activity from the tourism sector," Tourism Prince George chairperson Mary Jane Hannah said.

The logo will be used to promote the city through Tourism Prince George's advertising in print, online and social media.

Tourism Prince George CEO Aidan Kelly said the goal of the marketing plan is to promote the city as a base for wilderness

adventures.

"Canada is an amazing country with fantastic cities and outdoor experiences found coast to coast. However, very few communities are in a position to offer the combination of urban and wilderness experiences in such close proximity that we can right here in Prince George," Kelly said.
