You have until 4:30 p.m. today (Dec. 7) to get to a Service B.C. office and make your referendum vote count.

Prince George residents can drop off their ballot at 1044 Fifth Ave.

As of Friday, Prince George-Valemount has returned 35.2 per cent of their ballots (12,201 out of 34,618), while Prince George-Mackenzie sits slightly higher at 35.4 per cent (11,711 out of 33,077).

As for British Columbia as a whole, roughly 41 per cent of ballots have been returned. These do not include packages received by Canada Post but not yet transferred to Elections B.C. That amounts to 1,356,000 packages to date.

There is no firm timeline when voting results will be available as Elections BC says that depends on how much voter turnout there is.
